Tango Support Not Fixing My $102 Withdrawal Issue
As a result of my live broadcasts on Tango Live, I earned $102, which was transferred to my Payotus account in the form of a virtual card. However, when I tried to use this virtual card at different merchants, none of the transactions were approved, and I have been unable to use my balance.
Regarding this issue, I contacted Tango customer support through the app after January 28, 2026. However, no clear solution was provided, and my problem remains unresolved. I am requesting that the $102 I earned be transferred to my personal bank account, which I have used regularly in the past.
To prevent further hardship caused by the unusable virtual card balance, I ask that the $102 be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible and that I receive a clear explanation regarding this process.
