Tango Device Block Error Prevents Login on Redmi 13
I have not been able to access my Tango account on my Redmi 13 device since around January. Whenever I try to log into the app, I receive a message saying “your device has been blocked,” and I cannot open my account. I have been using Tango for years, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue.
Even after deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, the problem has not been resolved. The phone number linked to my account is 0531*63, yet I still cannot access my account in any way.
I request that the device restriction placed on my phone by Tango be removed and that I be able to log into my account again. I ask that my issue be reviewed urgently and that my account access be restored.
I can't access my account due to a device block; I've reinstalled the app multiple times but keep getting the same error. I want Tango to lift the device block and restore access to my account, but so far I haven't received any response and the issue is still ongoing.
