Tango Account Ban Blocks Access to $100 Balance
My account on the Tango app with the username “Eyşan” was suspended today without any explanation. I do not believe I violated any rules. Shortly after starting a live stream, I lost access to my account and now only see a message stating that it has been “suspended.”
There is approximately $100 in my account balance, and I am currently unable to access these funds. I have not been provided with any information about why my account was suspended or which rule I may have violated.
At the very least, I request that the $100 balance in my account be refunded to me. I would also like to be clearly informed about the reason for the suspension, if possible.
