Cashed Out $41 on Tango, Money Not Received in My Bank Account

I cashed out $41 on the 7th of January 2025 to my Nigerian bank account (1000399663, Guarantee Trust Bank PLC). I haven’t received the money in my bank. I went to the bank and was told that my account was undergoing an upgrade when I cashed out, and that the money went back to the agent who processed the transaction.

Please 🥺, I beg you to return my money. I spent data to stream and earn that money. The money is not in my bank. Please tell the agent to return my money. It’s so unfair that there’s no one I can talk to on Tango😭😭😭😭.
