Defective Navitech Multimedia System in 2023 Suzuki Swift Causes Battery Drain

My 2023 Suzuki Swift (2024 model year release) came factory-equipped with a Navitech multimedia screen. For over 26 months, this infotainment system has suffered from persistent software and hardware defects, including total screen freezing, spontaneous auto-rebooting, continuous factory resets, unresponsive touch controls, and severe overheating.

Despite visiting the authorized service center repeatedly—including seven visits this year alone—and having the Navitech unit replaced multiple times, the defects remain completely unresolved. Service technicians previously confirmed that an electrical power leak from the multimedia system drained the vehicle's battery, leaving me stranded on the road. The unit was replaced yet again on August 24, 2026, but the replacement unit immediately exhibited the exact same freezing, resetting, and overheating failures.

Enduring over two years of recurring electrical failures has caused tremendous frustration and severely compromised the comfort and usability of my vehicle. Because the Navitech units are inherently flawed, I demand that Suzuki permanently resolve this issue by replacing the factory Navitech unit with a reliable, non-Navitech multimedia system from a different manufacturer.
