I Keep Getting Profile Not Match On Surveylama and Miss Surveys

Since early August 2024, I've been trying to use Surveylama, and to be honest, it's been nothing but a letdown. I keep getting the same message that says my profile doesn't match when I try to take a survey. It doesn't seem fair that I've only been able to do one survey since August 12. That's all! Since then, I've tried almost every day, but nothing works. Also, I never get an email when new surveys are available. For instance, I looked randomly on September 1 and found a survey I could have taken part in, but I didn't get any notice. It makes everything more annoying and a little pointless. Surveylama really needs to make this system better because it's not easy to use at all.
