Very Rude Staff And False Delivery Information

I am writing this complaint due to the problem I experienced with the Sürat Kargo Bursa Osmangazi Gazcılar branch. This morning around 08:00, I was called regarding my shipment (tracking number: 16123202130215) and was told that my address was incomplete and that I had to pick up the package from the branch. However, my address is fully and correctly registered in the system, and the sender in Istanbul had already verified it together with the employee there. To clarify the situation, I called the branch and asked what time they start deliveries, and they told me 09:00. When I asked why I was called at 08:00 and told “address not found” before deliveries even begin, the lady who answered the phone responded in an aggressive and disrespectful tone, raising her voice even though I was speaking calmly. I had to go to the branch myself to pick up the package and paid around ₺150–160. During the payment, when I needed change, the employee turned to the person next to her and said, “For God’s sake, give the change so they can leave,” which was extremely offensive and completely unprofessional. Additionally, when I went to the Reyhan branch, the staff member there was on the phone chatting during working hours and did not answer any of my questions, showing that this issue is not limited to a single person or branch. Despite my address being complete, the delivery was not even attempted, I was given contradictory information about delivery times, and I experienced extremely disrespectful behavior from the staff. After checking the Google reviews for the Bursa Osmangazi Gazcılar branch, I saw many similar complaints, which shows this is an ongoing problem. Considering both my own experience and the numerous complaints from other customers, I request that a thorough investigation be carried out regarding the staff, especially in the Gazcılar branch, and that necessary steps be taken, including an apology, proper customer-service training, and disciplinary action where needed.
