English Home Order Stuck At Cargo Company's Branch With No Delivery

I placed an order from English Home, and my package with tracking number 36143238678812 was handed over to Sürat Kargo and delivered to the Manavkuyu branch on 26.11.2025. While the parcel reached the branch in just one day, it has been kept at the branch for 7 days and has still not been sent out for delivery. When I called the Manavkuyu branch to get information, I spoke to a representative who was extremely indifferent, flippant, disrespectful and careless. When I asked why my shipment was not out for delivery, I was first told that deliveries are made within 4 business days and that this is how their system works. When I stated that this was illogical and that no other company worked this way, the representative, without providing any justification, said there was nothing they could do. A few days later when I called again, I was told that they did not know when it would be sent out, that they could not give a date, and that it would be delivered “on some day during the week.” When I reacted and said that I had never seen anything like this, I received an impertinent reply along the lines of “now you have seen it.” In the meantime, I have called the general customer service line twice, and although they claimed to have created records to resolve the issue, no concrete action has been taken and my package is still not out for delivery. At this point, as today is the 7th day and there has still been no delivery attempt, I have started to suspect that my shipment may have been stolen by staff at the Manavkuyu branch. I request that my shipment, which was sent as sender-paid by English Home, be delivered to me urgently without any further delay, that an apology be offered for the disrespectful attitude and lack of service I have experienced, and that an investigation be initiated regarding the conduct of the Manavkuyu branch staff.
