SUGO Lost After Host and Shipping Agency Recharge Promises

I have been using the SUGO platform as a normal user since January. At the beginning, I contacted customer service through the application to recharge my account and they sent me the names and numbers of some recharge agents. I recharged my account with 1,000 dollars and used the application normally during January, February and March. Later, the platform started publishing advertisements about “host agencies” and “shipping agencies”. I decided to contact customer service to obtain a shipping agency. An employee from the management told me that I had to follow the platform policy and recharge my account with 50,000 dollars. After I recharged through an agent whose details were sent to me from the app, my account was converted from a normal user account to SVP7. The recharge agent then sent me a link that was supposed to be for a shipping agency, but I found out it was actually for a host agency. He told me I had to create the host agency first and then the shipping agency. Afterwards, a female employee from the administration contacted me and said she was responsible for the agency account, and then another employee from the administration contacted me and said he was responsible for VIP accounts. They both told me that I had to support the elite club and the agency in order to receive gifts and ranking in events on the platform, and that this was necessary so that the shipping agency could start operating. They promised me that by the end of March around 40,000 dollars would be returned to me, and that at the beginning of April a recharge of 200,000 dollars would be made for the shipping agency plus 5,000 dollars as a deposit so that the agency could start working like any other agency. Following these instructions, I continued recharging through more than one agent, for a total of about 250,000 dollars, in several separate transactions during April. After that, I was surprised to find that the coins were being withdrawn by the shipping agent and the program staff themselves, instead of being used for the agreed purposes or returned as they had promised. In the end, I lost approximately 250,000 dollars on the SUGO platform in this way. I request that SUGO management investigate this situation, explain why these withdrawals were made, and return the full amount that was taken from my account, or provide a fair and clear solution that compensates the losses caused by these misleading instructions and unfulfilled promises.
