Sugo Live Support Ignored My Issue & Made Inappropriate Comments
I reached out to Sugo live support to report a problem and request a transfer, but instead of offering a solution, they ignored my concerns. I even provided proof of the issues I faced with my agency, yet nothing was done.
To make things worse, a support agent named D* started personally engaging with me in an unprofessional way, using completely inappropriate and nonsensical responses. This is unacceptable for a support team!
Why is transferring so difficult? I’ve been waiting for months, only to be met with excuses and unprofessional behavior. Sugo, fix this now! Has anyone else dealt with this?
