Storytel App Freezes and Takes Minutes to Load on iPhone 16
I have been using the Storytel app on my iPhone 16 for a long time. For about 2 to 3 months, I can practically say the app barely opens. After tapping the app, I wait for minutes while it just keeps spinning and fails to launch. I force close and reopen the app, turn my internet on and off, but it usually only opens with great difficulty after the third or fourth attempt.
Even though both my phone and the app are updated to the latest versions, this issue persists constantly. The app is especially slow to respond with longer audiobooks; while shorter books open relatively faster, it becomes virtually unusable with long titles. Since there is no way to reach a live customer service representative, I am unable to convey this issue directly to anyone.
As a subscriber who pays a regular subscription fee, I expect the app to open without such delays, and I request that this technical issue be identified and permanently resolved. I demand that the app run stably and smoothly on iPhone 16 devices, particularly when handling longer books.
