Peugeot 2008 Taillights Cracked Internally Without Damage

The rear taillights of my Peugeot 2008 have developed internal cracks on their own. This occurred without any external impact or damage.
To resolve the issue, I contacted the authorized service centers Düzce Kervan and Ankara Göral. Both service centers confirmed that the cracking in the taillights is covered under warranty and that my request is justified. In addition, the Consumer Arbitration Committee ruled that the taillights should be replaced free of charge under warranty. However, Peugeot customer service did not accept this decision, held us responsible, and even filed a counterclaim. They also refused to provide me with the service records.
Throughout the process, I encountered a customer service approach that was uninterested and not solution-oriented. My requests were met with negative and unhelpful responses. My vehicle is still under warranty. Despite this, I was offered a paid replacement, which I do not accept.
What I expect from the brand is for the rear taillights to be replaced free of charge under warranty and for the issue I have experienced to be resolved as soon as possible.
