Star Pets Order Not Delivered: Adopt Me Pets Never Arrived

I placed an order on the Star Pets website this morning at around 10:00 for several Adopt Me pets. Specifically, I purchased a neon sea turtle (ID: 76756708) for £0.15, a ride pig (ID: 76755901) for £2.67, a hyena (ID: 76755902) for £1.83 and a ride swan (ID: 76755903) for £0.93, paying in total by bank card. After completing payment, I followed the instructions on the Star Pets website and sent friend requests to multiple accounts as instructed in order to receive my pets. I sent the friend requests immediately after ordering and kept checking throughout the day. Despite this, no one has accepted my friend request for the trade, and I have not received any of the pets I paid for. I have even sent additional friend requests as the hours passed, but there has still been no response and no delivery of the items. My Roblox username is “sadie_mainacc1” which is the account I used for this order. I kindly request that you deliver all the pets listed above to my account without any further delay, or provide an explanation and immediate resolution.
