StarMaker User Insulted Me in Live Room

Dear StarMaker Team, I am writing to report the user with ID 62037507*** for abusive behavior in a live room. On 20-08-2026 at around 9:25 PM, during a live session, this user repeatedly insulted me and used very bad and offensive language in the live room comments, which made me feel harassed and unsafe. This conduct clearly violates StarMaker community rules and creates a very negative environment for other users as well. I have attached a screenshot as proof so you can review the messages and see the abuse directly in the chat history. I kindly request that you review this account and take strict action, including permanently banning ID so that similar incidents do not happen again. Thank you for your attention and support.
