Recover My Deleted Starmaker Account

I have been using my normal Starmaker ID for around 8 years, and it was suddenly deleted about 29 days ago. Until that moment I was actively using the account and had many videos, audio recordings and memories connected with this ID. Now I cannot access my account at all, and it looks like my ID has been removed. I still have screenshots of my profile and my videos and audio songs as proof that the account belonged to me and that I was actively using it. I kindly request that my original Starmaker ID be restored with all my videos, audio songs and account data, or that you provide a clear explanation why it was deleted and a solution that will allow me to recover my account.
