Cannot Delete My StarMaker Account

I recently created a StarMaker account using the email address narelleh****@gmail.com. Almost immediately after downloading the app and realizing I did not want to use the service, I tried to delete my account and all associated data. However, whenever I try to delete my account through the app’s interface, I receive an error message stating that my account is “not eligible for deletion” and I am therefore unable to proceed. This message has been appearing since yesterday, when I first attempted to delete the account. I have looked for any way to contact StarMaker support about this issue but have not found a clear or accessible support channel within the app or on their website. I would like my StarMaker account to be permanently deleted, along with all personal data associated with it, and I would like written confirmation once this process has been completed.
