I purchased ₺200 worth of Stardollars (SD) for my Stardoll account, but the SD still hasn't been credited. It's been days, and the payment clearly went through, yet my account shows no sign of the SD I paid for.

This isn't just a one-off issue—I've seen that many other users are experiencing the same problem, which points to a broader failure on your platform. The fact that it hasn't been addressed yet is a sign of poor management and lack of accountability.

At this point, I’m left with two acceptable options: either credit the Stardollars to my account immediately or issue a full refund for the ₺200 I spent. Ignoring paying users while their money is held up is completely unacceptable.
