Spotify Premium Payment Went Through but Account Stayed Free
Yesterday, I purchased a Spotify Premium subscription through Spotify’s official website to use on my iPhone. The payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account and appears in my transaction history, but my subscription still does not show as active in the app. I am still using Spotify as if I were on a regular free account.
The email address registered to my Spotify account is k******@Gmail.com**. I am experiencing a problem because Spotify charged me, but the Premium subscription has not been applied to my account. I have not contacted Spotify support separately yet.
I request that my payment be checked and that my Premium subscription be activated on my account as soon as possible. I would also like to be informed about the status of this process if needed.
