Unable to Access Snapchat Account Due to Error Code SS06 on New Device

I’ve been using the same Snapchat account with the same phone number for over six years. Recently, I switched to a new phone and downloaded the Snapchat app again. However, every time I try to log in, I get an error with code SS06.
I’ve only ever used this account on one device, so this issue is baffling. Over the years, I’ve saved countless photos and videos on this account, and now I’m unable to access any of them. Losing all that data is unacceptable.
Snapchat must resolve this issue immediately. I can’t afford to lose years of memories, and I expect them to provide a solution that restores my access to the account.
