Snapchat SS06 Error On Samsung A16 App Not Opening
I am using a Samsung A16 mobile phone and since today I have been unable to open the Snapchat application due to an SS06 error. Each time I try to open Snapchat on my device, the app fails to open and I cannot use it at all. I contacted customer support about this issue, but I was told that they cannot fix the problem, which left me without any solution. I would like this issue to be resolved so that Snapchat can open and work properly on my Samsung A16 as soon as possible.
Progress
On 26.02.2026 my Samsung A16 device was banned from Snapchat, and since then I have not been able to log in to my account at all from this device. There was no clear explanation given to me about why the device was banned.
I contacted Snapchat support, but they are not lifting the ban on my device and I still cannot access my account from my Samsung A16. This situation prevents me from using Snapchat on my own phone and causes serious inconvenience in my daily communication.
I kindly request that my device ban on my Samsung A16 be removed and that I be allowed to log in to Snapchat again from this device.
