Snapchat Signs You Out While Editing Your Email Then Bans Your Account

My Snapchat account under the username ahmet34istz was suddenly closed today with no reason given. I had been using my account normally since the morning, and while I was updating my saved Hotmail address, the app abruptly signed me out. When I tried to log back in, I received a notice stating that my account had been closed for a rule violation.
Before my account was closed, I was not given any warning, notification, or explanation related to any rule violation. I have no knowledge of having committed any violation, and I cannot find any clear explanation anywhere as to why my account was closed.
I do not accept having my account closed without any prior notice and without a clearly stated reason. I am requesting that my Snapchat account be reviewed, that it be reopened if it was closed unjustly, and that I receive a clear written explanation of what happened.
