Snapchat Friend Requests Keep Disappearing on My iPhone

I use Snapchat on my iPhone 14 Pro and for about a month I have been experiencing a serious problem with friend requests. When someone adds me or I add them, we do not become friends and almost all of my pending friend requests disappear on their own. In total, around 50 friend requests have vanished in this way. To solve the problem, I have already tried all basic steps such as updating the app, logging out and back in, and reinstalling Snapchat. I also contacted Snapchat support but I did not receive any effective solution and the problem still continues in the same way. I request that this technical issue on my account be identified and permanently fixed and, if possible, that my lost friend requests be restored or at least a clear explanation be given about why this happened and how it can be prevented in the future.
