Smule Keeps Terminating My Accounts for No Clear Reason

I have been using the Smule app on my Android phone for a long time, and I have had to create five or six different accounts because my accounts keep getting closed. Every time, after using an account for a while, it is suddenly terminated without any warning, explanation, or notification. Most recently, I was unexpectedly kicked out of a live stream, and that is how I realized that my account had been closed.

I have never purchased a paid membership on any of my accounts or paid for coins or other in-app items, and I have never received any notice that I violated Smule’s rules. Nevertheless, having my accounts repeatedly closed without any explanation has caused me serious frustration and has undermined my trust in the app.

I especially want my currently closed account, username “zenanw2,” which has a gifted VIP membership, to be restored as soon as possible. I request that Smule clearly explain why my account was closed and provide an urgent resolution for an account that I believe was unfairly terminated.
