The Shoes I Bought Fell Apart in 5 Months and Skechers Won't Replace or Respond

Hello. It only took a few months of daily wear for the soles of the shoes I got from you to start coming apart. They were sent in to be looked at, but my claim was turned down. I sent them back again, but I still haven't heard back. People who buy shoes to wear every day should not have them fall apart in just 5 months. I'd appreciate it if you could help me get new shoes because this is not okay. I feel like all you're doing is putting off the process, and I'd rather see it through to the end than keep getting stuck. If you could help me figure this out, that would be great.
