Skechers Shoes Ripped and Shredded Within Two Months - Warranty Claim Denied

Skechers Shoes Ripped and Shredded Within Two Months - Warranty Claim Denied
April 26, 2024 6:19 PM121

I recently purchased a pair of Skechers shoes, and to my dismay, they began to show excessive wear and tear within just two months. The inner lining at the heel area has ripped and shredded, making the shoes uncomfortable and unusable.

I chose Skechers specifically because of their reputation for quality and durability, and I was assured that the shoes came with a two-year warranty. However, when I contacted customer service to request a replacement, my claim was denied.

I was disappointed to learn that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. However, I believe that the extent of the damage to my shoes far exceeds what would be expected from regular use. I have only worn the shoes for a short period, and they have been treated with care.

In addition to the warranty issue, I was also frustrated to discover that the phone number provided in the response I received from customer service was actually the number for the store where I purchased the shoes. This seems like a major oversight on the part of Skechers, and it further demonstrates a lack of customer care.

I am requesting that Skechers reconsider my warranty claim and provide me with a replacement pair of shoes.
