This is the first time I’ve ever experienced an issue like this. I’ve used Sinoz’s green face cleansing gel many times before and never had any problems. While it did cause slight dryness, it was manageable and I continued using it without concern.
About a week ago, I took a break from using it. Then, for the past two days, I began applying it again—morning and evening as usual. But to my shock, my skin suddenly developed unusual spots. These are not pimples, acne, or anything I can easily identify. They look different and feel strange, and I’m genuinely worried.
I don’t understand what could have changed. Was there a change in formula? Has the product expired or reacted to something else on my skin? I’ve never seen this happen before, and I really need someone to explain or investigate it.
I’m asking Sinoz representatives to urgently respond and help me understand why this reaction occurred. I’ve trusted this brand for a long time, but this experience has shaken my confidence. Please take this seriously—I need answers and a resolution as soon as possible.
