My baby has struggled with lactose intolerance and gas since birth, so I've tried several different formulas. After reading user reviews, I recently decided to try Similac Total Comfort Infant Formula. I've been using it for about a month now, and I can say that I'm generally satisfied. The lactose intolerance issues seem to be completely resolved, but the gas problems are still ongoing. Gas is less common with breast milk, but the problem increases when I give formula. If your baby has gas issues, I recommend trying a different brand. While Similac Total Comfort helped with lactose intolerance, it didn't fully resolve my baby's gas issues. I'm still on the lookout for a formula that can provide complete comfort for my little one.
