Shein Charged Me Twice for the Same Order
Good evening. I recently made a purchase on Shein, but my account was charged twice for the same items. Instead of the correct amount of €88.70, my account was debited €177.40. This is completely unacceptable.
This was my first time ordering from Shein, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. I expected a smooth transaction but ended up feeling regret for trusting the platform.
I need immediate assistance to resolve this issue. Please refund the additional amount charged to my account as soon as possible. This situation is highly disappointing, and I hope Shein takes responsibility and addresses my complaint without further delay.
