I bought a pair of Hoka shoes in size 42.5 from the Shen website and received them on 21 August 2026. The shoes were delivered in the correct size that I ordered, 42.5, but when I tried them on, they were very tight and uncomfortable, and I cannot wear them properly. Because of this, I would like to request an exchange for the same Hoka model in size 43. I am not asking for a refund; I only want to change the shoes to size 43 so that I can use them comfortably.
