Please Recover My Share Chat ID

I have been facing an issue with my ShareChat account linked to my phone number in Andhra Pradesh, India, for about four months. My account appears to be banned, and whenever I try to log in with my phone number, the OTP does not arrive and I am unable to complete the verification. I have tried many times, but each attempt fails, and I can also see that my ID appears to be banned. I contacted ShareChat support about this situation, but my problem has still not been resolved and I have not received a clear explanation about why my account was banned or why the OTP verification keeps failing. I request that my account and phone number be properly reviewed, that I be clearly informed of the exact reason for the ban and OTP failure, and that, if possible, my account be restored and OTP login be enabled again so I can continue using ShareChat.
