Sephora Black Card Problem, Birthday Bonuses Not Granted

Even though it's been 18 days since my birthday and about 14 days since I filed a complaint, the promised Black Card birthday gifts still haven't been delivered to me. Even though I talked to a friend from Sephora Customer Services and stated that I would be a follower and conveyed it to the relevant units, this problem was not resolved. When I go to the store, my active codes do not appear. I have a problem with my current rights and gifts. While there are sets specially prepared for birthdays abroad, it is very annoying to deal with such problems here, it is still behind the times. If the store cared about the solution standards and our current rights and acted properly, the sales rates would have increased much more. I demand that these problems be solved and benefit from the advantages I have gained.
