Sebamed Sun Care Spray Burned My Eyes and Skin

June 30 1:04 PM

I purchased Sebamed Sun Care Sunscreen Spray from the Watsons store at Güneşli Park Mall in Bağcılar after hearing positive recommendations and chose it for my vacation. On June 28, 2026, at around 4:00 p.m., I applied the sunscreen before getting into the pool. Shortly after application, the product ran into my eyes, causing severe burning. At the same time, it also caused a burning sensation and irritation on my skin.

This was my first time using this product, and I was very disappointed to have such a negative experience. Afterward, I noticed that many other users had reported similar complaints, which has made me seriously question the product's safety and reliability. I have not yet contacted Sebamed or Watsons because I am unsure of the best way to proceed.

I expect Sebamed to provide an explanation and an apology for what I experienced. I also request a full refund for the product and ask that its ingredients and formulation be thoroughly reviewed to ensure they are safe for both the eyes and skin. I hope this matter is investigated seriously so that other consumers do not experience the same problem.
