SBI Bank Transaction Pending for Hours — Money Not Released

I hold a savings account with SBI in Bhopal, and on 1 March I initiated a withdrawal of ₹1,678. However, the transaction has been stuck in processing for about two hours, and the money has neither been credited back to my account nor successfully withdrawn. I have not yet been able to contact customer service or visit the branch about this issue. I kindly request that my withdrawal of ₹1,678 be processed as soon as possible and that the problem with the pending transaction be resolved urgently.
