Samsung 65QN70F Neo QLED Shows Stuttering Motion And Eye-Straining Brightness

I purchased the Samsung 65QN70F Neo QLED television on 28.10.2025, and after I started using the device, I noticed a serious quality issue. In particular, moving scenes are not smooth at all; they progress as if they are stuttering or moving frame by frame. Additionally, subtitles and white text on the screen shine excessively, are overwhelmingly bright, and genuinely strain my eyes when I watch for an extended period. This is not a simple brightness adjustment issue but a serious problem related to the TV’s overall picture performance. Because of these issues, I contacted Samsung service and opened a service request, and my case was registered under number 4290320471. However, the service team that came was extremely rude and uninterested. They claimed that unless the broadcast was 4K, this kind of frame-by-frame movement was normal and that nothing could be done. When I asked how many 4K broadcasts were even available in Turkey, they responded in a completely indifferent manner with comments like “There’s nothing to do, unfortunately the TV is like this.” There was absolutely no sign of a customer-oriented approach; instead, their attitude was essentially “Take it or leave it.” They even said things like “Buy a PS5 and connect it, then you’ll get real performance” and told me I wouldn’t be able to watch terrestrial broadcasts. A product marketed as Neo QLED delivering such a poor viewing experience—and the indifferent behavior of the service team on top of it—has caused me both physical discomfort and psychological distress. I cannot use the television in its current state; it strains my eyes severely and provides none of the performance I expected. Due to these issues and the negative service experience, I request a full refund for the Samsung 65QN70F television and for the product to be taken back.
