Ryanair App Error Led to Duplicate Budapest to Milan Bookings

I would like to file a complaint about an issue I experienced while booking a flight through the Ryanair app. When I tried to pay for the 6:15 PM flight from Budapest to Milan Bergamo on Friday, October 27, the system returned an error several times. Believing that the payment had not gone through, I purchased a ticket for the 7:45 PM flight from Budapest to Milan Malpensa instead. This time, the payment appeared to be successful.

Neither on that day nor afterward did I see any ticket for the Budapest–Milan Bergamo flight in the Ryanair app. However, today, while purchasing another ticket, I suddenly noticed that the previously missing Budapest–Milan Bergamo reservation was now visible in the app. This means that I apparently have two separate tickets for flights from Budapest to Milan on October 27, one arriving at Bergamo Airport and the other at Malpensa Airport.

I purchased the second ticket because the system displayed payment errors and led me to believe that the first booking had not been completed. Therefore, I believe this situation resulted from a technical issue rather than any mistake on my part. I request that my ticket for the 7:45 PM Budapest–Milan Malpensa flight on Friday, October 27, be canceled without any penalty and that the full amount paid for this flight be refunded.

I ask Ryanair to investigate this confusion and resolve the issue fairly.
