Royal Match Account Review Request After Permanent Ban

My Royal Match account, under the username “kuralsız isim,” which was around Level 6,375 and played in the team named “a***,” was permanently banned about 3–4 months ago without any prior warning. Even though I played without bothering anyone in the game, I believe my account was unfairly banned due to being deliberately mass-reported by certain individuals.

I spent approximately $68–$91 on this account, so both my time and financial investment are significant. Although I contacted in-game support and customer service, I was not given a clear explanation for the ban or any detailed information about my account’s status.

I request that the ban on my Royal Match account be reviewed again, that the necessary checks be conducted, and that if the action was unfair, my account be reinstated so that my purchases and efforts are not lost.
