Roborock Q Revo MaxV’s ramp leg became brittle and cracked at multiple points while remaining stationary. Despite following all instructions and using it for less than a year, liquid leaked into the height sensor, causing a malfunction and constant error messages. Even though I live in a single-story house, the device is unusable because it does not allow the relevant sensors to be disabled. The service center unfairly blamed user error and only offered a paid repair. Even after I reluctantly agreed to the paid repair following my complaint, they returned the product without fixing it.
