Riot Mobile Chat Bug Deletes Messages Without Warning

For a long time now, I have been experiencing a serious messaging issue while chatting with my friend through the Riot Mobile app. Messages we send sometimes do not go through at all, and other times they disappear or get deleted on their own from the chat screen. I encounter this problem every day, and it makes communication extremely difficult.

When the issue occurs, no error code or warning message appears. Sometimes the problem is temporarily resolved by closing and reopening the app, but most of the time it continues in the same way. For this reason, I believe the issue is caused by the app or the system itself.

I request that this messaging problem in the Riot Mobile app be technically investigated and permanently fixed. In addition, I would like a photo-sending feature to be added to Riot Mobile chats. I expect both the existing bug to be resolved and the app’s messaging functionality to be improved.
