Unaware Subscription Purchase Complaint - Resumaker.ai

I used the Resumaker.ai website from the USA and on September 10 I made a one-time purchase of a resume for $1. At no point did I sign up for a free trial or any kind of recurring subscription; my clear understanding was that this was a single, one-time payment to create and download my resume. Despite this, I later discovered that on September 24 Resumaker.ai charged my card again, this time for $35, without my consent and without any prior notice. I did not knowingly agree to any recurring payments, and there was no clear information that further charges would be taken after my initial purchase. I request a full refund of the unauthorized $35 charge and ask that my credit card information be removed from your systems immediately so that no further payments can be taken. I also ask that my account, if any subscription was created without my clear consent, be cancelled and confirmation of these actions be provided to me in writing.
