For Over 20 Days, Renault Delays Transporting The Car I Recently Bought
It's been 20 days already, and the Renault I bought from Bursa still hasn't arrived in Adana, contacted customer service to complain about this, and their response was not very clear. They couldn't give me a specific timeframe for when the vehicle will be sent., they keep shifting the responsibility between the sales department and the logistics team, and even the production unit gets involved. I picked Renault because I thought buying from them would be easy, but this delay and lack of communication really let me down. It's really annoying to feel like I'm being passed around like a hot potato between different departments. It's clear that they're trying to blame me for choosing their brand, and this is definitely not the kind of service I expected when I decided to buy from them. Right now, it's more than just a hassle, clearly, I made a mistake by choosing Renault.
