If Reface locked features you already paid for, there are several things you should check before assuming your subscription is lost,
• First confirm you are logged into the correct account;
• Check:
– Apple ID or Google account used for purchase
– Multiple Reface accounts/emails
– Subscription receipts
– Payment confirmation emails
– Many access issues happen because users sign into a different account than the one tied to the subscription
• Verify your subscription is still active;
– Reface subscriptions auto-renew and may expire if payment fails or cancellation occurred accidentally
• Restore your purchases;
• Try:
– Open Reface settings
– Tap “Restore Purchases” or “Restore Subscription”
– Restart the app afterward
– Active subscriptions can usually be restored through the original App Store or Google account
• Update and refresh the app;
• Try:
– Logging out and back in
– Updating Reface
– Clearing cache
– Reinstalling the app
