Defective Reebok Shoes Exchange Request

On March 25, 2024, I bought a pair of Reebok shoes from the Olivium store, but unfortunately, they have now torn at 8-10 spots. To my dismay, when I returned the shoes to the store today for inspection and exchange, I discovered that the store had shut its doors. It appears that their intention was to sell off defective and old products in order to clear them out.
I need assistance on how to quickly exchange this faulty product. Thanks a lot.
