I reached out to an agent about a particular house, and immediately after I sent my inquiry, I began receiving spam texts for TikTok and Snapchat. That was a major warning sign from the start. After waiting for more than 6 hours, I finally got an email letting me know that an agent from a totally different company would be reaching out to me shortly. It’s been more than 15 hours since I sent that email, and I’m still waiting for a response. This was really just an experiment to figure out if I could connect with someone. Now that I'm not interested in the house anymore, I can say for sure that I won't be reaching out to anyone through a real estate app or website again. Waiting for a real response is just pointless.
