Quotex Withdrawal Showing Succesful But Not Credited Yet

I am writing to report a critical problem with my withdrawal request on the Quotex web platform. My withdrawal request number 40740653828 for 25,974.00 was marked as “Processed Successfully” in the system on June 29th. However, as of today (July 1st), the funds have still not been credited to my bank account. This is my first withdrawal issue with Quotex. After waiting five days, I contacted support and was informed that the request had been forwarded to the Finance Department and that I should wait. Since that response, more than 48 hours have passed and I have received no update, no further communication, and still no funds. I therefore kindly request that Quotex immediately either credit the 25,974.00 directly to my Post Payment Bank account, or reverse the 25,974.00 back to my trading account so that I can withdraw it using another method. I also request a written confirmation of the action taken and that this matter be resolved as soon as possible. Thank you for your urgent attention to this issue.
