Quotex Suspended My Account After Winning, Blocking Withdrawal

I am an online trader from Pakistan and I registered a standard trading account on Quotex on 10 June 2026 with the email address hawasarfaraz***[email protected]. I deposited a total of 567 USD into my Quotex account via Binance Pay in three separate transactions and lost this entire amount while trading on the platform. Despite these losses, I continued trading and eventually won 688 USD in a successful trade. However, on 11 June 2026, when I tried to log in, I saw a message on the login page stating that my account had been suspended. I was given no clear reason or explanation and I was blocked from accessing or withdrawing the 688 USD that I had legitimately earned. After this suspension, I contacted Quotex customer support, but I only received one auto-generated email. In that email, they referred generally to a “violation” without specifying what rule I allegedly broke, and they did not provide any detailed reason, evidence, or proper investigation result. During the period when I was repeatedly losing money, my account remained active without any issues, but as soon as I made a profit and won 688 USD, my account was suspended, which feels very unfair and raises serious concerns for me. I request that my Quotex account be urgently reactivated and that my full balance of 688 USD be released and made available for withdrawal without any further delay. I also ask for a clear written explanation of the exact reason for my account suspension, including which rule was allegedly violated and on what basis this decision was made, and for Quotex to review my case in a fair, transparent and professional manner.
