Quotex Support Ignored My Account Recovery Requests for Months


I am a user from Pakistan, and I have been facing a serious issue with my Quotex account for the past five months. The Gmail account connected to my Quotex account was hacked, and I completely lost access to that email address. As a result, I was automatically logged out of my Quotex account and have been unable to log back in since around December 14, 2025.
There is currently a balance of 2,870 USDT in my Quotex account, and I am extremely worried because I no longer have access to my funds. I have already contacted Quotex support multiple times through email as well as social media platforms such as Telegram and Instagram, but I have not received any response from the company.
I can fully prove that I am the legitimate owner of the account. I am ready to provide evidence including details of my previous withdrawals, my driving licence, and any additional documents or identity verification required to confirm my ownership.
My only request is for Quotex to help me update the email address connected to my account and link it to my new email address so I can safely regain access to my account and my 2,870 USDT balance. I kindly ask Quotex to review my case, respond to my messages, and assist me in recovering access to my account as soon as possible.
Is it fair that Quotex is ignoring my complaint?
