Quotex Deleted My Account And Withdrawal Is Stuck
I am a Quotex user from Pakistan and I was using JazzCash as my withdrawal method. Two days ago, my trading account on Quotex, which was registered with the email address fatima***[email protected], was suddenly deleted without any reason or prior notice, and since then I have been unable to access the account or withdraw my money. Before my account was deleted, I had a balance of approximately 10,789 USD in my Qoutex account, and I was planning to withdraw these funds to my JazzCash account. Because the account has been removed, I cannot log in, I cannot see my transaction history, and I have no way to initiate the withdrawal of this amount. This situation is extremely worrying for me because this is a significant sum of money that I earned through trading on the platform, and I trusted Qoutex to keep my account and funds safe. The sudden deletion of my account without explanation has caused me serious concern and financial stress. I have not received any email, SMS, or notification from Qoutex about the deletion of my account or the status of my funds. I contacted Qoutex support regarding my deleted account and my withdrawal issue, but I have not received any response so far. I urgently request that my account be investigated, my access to the platform and my funds be restored, or, if reopening the account is not possible, that the full balance of 10,789 USD be promptly transferred to my JazzCash account without any further delay or complications. I also request a clear written explanation for why my account was deleted and why I was not informed in any way.
