Quotex Customer Support Goes Silent After Failed ₹48,000 UPI Deposit on iOS

I am using the Quotex application on iOS and on 1 June 2026 I made a UPI payment of ₹48,000 to my Quotex account. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my UPI, this amount has still not been credited to my Quotex account. After noticing that the money was not credited, I contacted Quotex customer support and informed them of the issue, but they have not responded to me at all. This situation is causing me serious concern, as a large amount of money is stuck without any update or explanation from your side. I request that my ₹48,000 payment made via UPI on 1 June 2026 be urgently located and immediately credited to my Quotex account or refunded back to my UPI account, and that I am provided with a clear explanation for this delay.
