PUBG Mobile Won’t Transfer My Account From Vietnam to Global Server

I have been playing PUBG Mobile for approximately 7 years, and I am a dedicated player who has invested significant time, effort, and money into the game. In the early days, I logged in through a computer, which caused my account to be created under the Vietnam version. Because of this, I have been unable to access my account through the global version or the Turkey server for a long time, and I am forced to play only through the Vietnam version.

Despite the years of progress, effort, and substantial UC spending accumulated on my account, not being able to play on the global version seriously affects my enjoyment of the game and makes my spending feel wasted. I do not want to abandon this account and start over from scratch, as years of progress and purchases are essentially locked due to a server difference.

Even though I have contacted in-game support and reached out through multiple channels several times, no concrete solution has been provided for this issue, which appears to be caused by their own system. As a long-time, active PUBG Mobile player, this lack of support and resolution is extremely disappointing.

The fact that a loyal player who has consistently spent money on the game has had this issue unresolved for years raises serious concerns about PUBG Mobile’s commitment to player satisfaction. I believe that a technical solution is possible, and I expect a good-faith effort to resolve this problem.

I request that my account be migrated from the Vietnam version to the global version, with the necessary server change so I can play on the Turkey server. I log into my account via Apple, and my game ID is 5414****28. I want all my progress and purchases to be preserved while transferring my account to the global version so I can finally play without restrictions on the Turkey server.
