PUBG Mobile Permanent Ban Dispute

I have been permanently banned from my PUBG Mobile account with an in-game notice stating that my account violated the rules due to cheating. I play on a Redmi Note 11T device and I had previously used a GFX tool to adjust graphics, but I have never used any cheat or unfair program that would give me an advantage in the game. I believe this permanent ban is unfair and disproportionate, because my intention was only to optimize performance and I did not harm other players or the game environment.
